痔の予防には日頃の習慣：
正しいおしりのケアを行なっていれば、痔の悪化を防ぐだけでなく予防にもなります。便のカスなどを残さずに丁寧に拭くことが大切ですが、紙で強くゴシゴシと擦ってしまうと皮膚炎から痔へと悪化してしまいます。お尻の皮膚はとても傷つきやすいです。シャワートイレで優しく洗い流しましょう。洗った後は、トイレットペーパーで擦るのではなく、押し当てるようにして水分を拭き取りましょう。出血している場合は、洗浄後にタオルを軽く押し当てて拭き取る方法をお奨めします。
